1. Apply a thin, even layer onto the face after exfoliation (avoid the delicate eye and lip area).
2. Leave on the skin for 6-1 minutes. Apply Gentle Cleansing Milk over the gel mask, leave for 2 minutes and remove thoroughly with lukewarm water.
3. Apply a suitable phyto-effective gel, serum, or moisturiser.
4. Morning or evening use, 2-3 times a week
